Warranty is limited to materials and workmanship used
in the construction of the dock fenders. Marina & Dock Equipment (MDE)
does not make warranty as to onsite installation or normal wear from
usage.
Fenders will be replaced at no charge for the first three
years of the warranty period. This does not include the cost of removal,
re-installation, or shipping, which may or may not be covered. The
remaining portion of the warranty will limit MDE’s obligation to the
following schedule. Replacement is based on the percentage of the
original purchase price on a valid invoice or receipt for the
replacement fenders:

FEND-ALL™ Fenders are
designed for specific size vessels and specified conditions. Fenders
must be used within manufacturers specifications for warranty to be in
force. Fenders are available from light duty up to heavy duty.

Mooring conditions are considered to be typical
conditions found in most marinas and private facilities. Docking
facilities that are open to wide expanses of water, wind, and/or waves
require that additional precautions be taken by the vessel’s owner to
properly secure the vessel from constant contact with the dock and
fenders. Original Purchase Invoice must be presented
at the time of Request for Warranty.
